  1. TLC_ATTR is the TLC Attributer v.3.0 by Tom Hayslett (the docs include
  2. information about Christmas 1993 but there is no other date).  This .Prg
  3. or .Acc displays all your files (including 'system' and 'hidden' files)
  4. and allows you to change any file's attributes.  Read/ Write Protected,
  5. System, Hidden Attributes can be set as well as toggling the TOS 1.4
  6. fast load bit on/off, changing the archive bit for backups, 'touching'
  7. the date/time stamp of a file or renaming a file.  A true 'delete' will
  8. even kill "protected" files (This allows you to delete those pesky files
  9. TOS won't delete at times.).  Disk info allows will give you an immediate
  10. free disk space byte count, and you can make additions/ changes of disk
  11. volume names, even on hard drives.  Keyboard or mouse controlled.  The
  12. docs give all sorts of ways to use this very useful program.  Color or
  13. mono.  ST-TT and Geneva compatible.  SHAREWARE.
